मास्क लगाकर चुनाव प्रचार

चूरू. राज्य निर्वाचन आयोग, जयपुर ने पंचायती राज संस्थाओं के आम चुनाव के तहत कोविड-19 के संक्रमण से बचाव के संबंध में जारी गाइड लाइन में चुनाव प्रचार के दौरान चुनाव लडऩे वाले अभ्यार्थियों के लिए दिशा-निर्देश जारी किए है। जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी (कलक्टर) डॉ. प्रदीप के. गावंडे ने कहा है कि चुनाव प्रचार के समय प्रचार में सम्मिलित सभी व्यक्तियों को फेस मास्क लगाना अनिवार्य होगा। सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग की पालना के लिए 2 गज (6 फीट) की दूरी बनाकर रखी जाएगी। चुनाव प्रचार के समय अभ्यर्थियों एवं अन्य व्यक्तियों की ओर से एक निश्चित समयान्तराल में अपने हाथों को सैनेटाइज किया जाएगा। चुनाव लडऩे वाले अभ्यर्थियों द्वारा घर-घर चुनाव प्रचार के समय एक साथ पांच से अधिक व्यक्ति एकत्र नहीं होंगे। मतदाताओं एवं अन्य व्यक्तियों से ना तो हाथ मिलाया जाएगा, ना ही गले लगाया जाएगा एवं ना ही पैर छुए जाएंगे, ताकि सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग की पानला हो सके। चुनाव लडऩे वाले अभ्यर्थियों द्वारा अनुमत तरीके से ही प्रचार किया जाएगा।
सिधमुख. पंचायतीराज के संरपच चुनाव में प्रत्याशियों की ओर से अबकी बार अलग ही तरीके से प्रचार किया जा रहा है। तहसील के गांवों में प्रत्याशी खुद मास्क लगाकर लोगों से वोट मांग रहे हैं। साथ में कोरोना से बचाव के लिए मास्क का वितरण भी करते दिख रहे हैं। गांव दुमकी में प्रचार के दौरान सरपंच उम्मीदवार व उनके समर्थक मास्क पहने नजर आए। दुमकी,सिधमुख, रामसराताल, बीरमी खालसा व भीमसाना में प्रत्याशी भी चुनाव प्रचार के साथ ही कोरोना महामारी के चलते लोगों को महामारी से बचाव के बारे में जानकारी दे रहे हंै। वार्डों के चुनाव में वार्ड पंच प्रत्याशी घर-घर जाकर सभी को मास्क बांट रहे हैं। मतदान के समय मास्क का प्रयोग करना जरूरी बता रहे हैं। प्रत्याशियों ने बताया कि बिना मास्क के वोटर भी मिलने व बात करने से असहज महसूस कर रहे हंै। इसलिए हम पहले सभी को मास्क देते है।

बदहाल यातायात व्यवस्था, पार्किंग स्थल बगैर रास्ते सिकुड़े

सुजानगढ़. शहर में बिगड़ती यातायात व पार्किंग व्यवस्था को लेकर शहरवासी परेशान है। नगर परिषद, पुलिस व प्रशासन के जिम्मेदार अफ सर सब कुछ जानकर चुप्पी साधे है। जन समस्या के समाधान के प्रति अनदेखी बरत रहे हैं। अशोक सर्किल से लेकर बस स्टेण्ड, स्टेशन रोड, घंटाघर, मुख्य चारो बाजार, गांधी चौक, महाराणा प्रताप मार्ग, सुभाष मार्ग सहित कई बाजारों के हालात इस कदर बिगड़े हुए हैं कि जहां से गजरो वहीं सड़क पर बाइक चौपहिया वाहनों की कतारे सड़क पर लगी है। इस कारण 16 से 40 फीट चौड़ी सड़कें सिमटकर एक चौथाई भी पैदल राहगीरों के लिए खाली नहीं रहती। पार्किंग स्थल घोषित न होने से अतिक्रमणों का भी आशिंक योगदान है। पुलिस प्रशासन के जबान निर्धारित पॉइन्ट पर नजर न आने से मनमर्जी की पार्किंग बेरोकटोक है। बड़े पुलिस व परिषद के अधिकारी इन समस्या को लेकर गम्भीर नहीं है। पिछले लम्बे समय से एक बार भी व्यापारिक संगठनो से इनके समाधान पर चर्चा नहीं की है।
इनका कहना है
सड़कों पर वाहन इसलिए खड़े करते हैं कि नगर परिषद ने अभी तक शहर में कहीं भी पार्किंग स्थल नहीं बना रखे हैं। गांधी चौक सभा मंच को पार्किंग स्थल बनाने से एक चौथाई पार्किंग समस्या हल हो जाएगी।

गणेश मन्दिर व सुभाष मार्ग के पास पार्किंग स्थल बनाएं और घंटाघर के पास नो पार्किंग घोषित हो। तब कुछ राहत मिल सकती है। पुराने परिषद कार्यालय की जगह अंडर ग्राउण्ड पार्किंग बने।

सामाजिक न्याय-अधिकारिता मंत्री मास्टर भंवरलाल मेघवाल का प्लान है कि प्राचीन नगर परिषद कार्यालय, पुलिस थाना व आसपास भूमि पर कई मंजिला भवन बनाकर नीचे बड़ी पार्किंग व्यवस्था हो। तत्काल नया बाजार, गांधी बालिका स्कूल व ईदगाह के सामने (नाले पर), नये परिषद कार्यालय के सामने पार्किंग व्यवस्था कर जनता को राहत व परिषद की आय बढ़ाई जा सकती है।

शहर का हृदय स्थल गांधी चौक है, जहां 5 रास्ते लगते हैं। सर्वाधिक भीड़ यहां रहती है, लेकिन शासक-प्रशासक की ओर से पार्किंग व्यवस्था नहीं है। इसलिए सभामंच की खाली जगह में पार्किंग हो, जब यहां कार्यक्रम हो। तब खाली करा ली जाए।

शहर के मुख्य बाजारो को जाम से मुक्ति दिलाने के लिए कम से कम एक दर्जन स्थानो पर नगरपरिषद को पार्किंग व्यवस्था ठेके पर देनी चाहिए ताकि वर्तमान अव्यवस्था से छुटकारा मिले। प्रशासन को पार्किंग स्थल निर्धारित करने के बाद सख्त कदम उठाने चाहिए।
