Bihar MLA Anant Singh releases video, says will surrender in court, not before police

Bihar MLA Anant Singh, who has been charged under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, has released his third video saying that he will surrender in the court as he as faith in the judiciary, and not before the police.
