SC issues notice to Centre, BJP and 6 states for flouting norms on publishing advertisements in newspapers

Besides the Centre and the BJP, the apex court issued notices to the states of Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Jharkhand, Chattishgarh and Telangana on a plea filed by an Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA from Delhi.zAam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA Sanjeev Jha had filed a petition requesting the court to stop such advertisements.
